We are looking for someone to join our Accounts team in Nottingham to manage our Purchase & Sales Ledgers.
This is a full time role working in a small, dynamic team above our shop in City Centre, Nottingham. The role reports to Head of Accounts.
- Good knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts or equivalent.
- AAT level 2 or above.
- Proficient with Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good understanding of Purchase and Sales Ledger.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Well organised and strong time management.
- Managing the Purchase ledger - reconciling purchase invoices & credit notes.
- Reconcile monthly supplier statements.
- Administer monthly payments to supplier.
- Manager the sales ledger including raising & reconciliation of sales invoices.
- Credit control.
- Communication with Stores & Suppliers.
