We have an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic and hard-working Accounts Assistant to join our accounts team at Rough Trade.

The role is advertised as part-time at 30 hours per week, and will become a full-time role in March 2024.

Skills and Experience

• Hard-working

• Excellent attention to detail

• Minimum 1 years’ experience working in an accounts role

• Positive team worker

• Fast learner

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Good interpersonal skills

• Experience with Xero preferred, but training can be given

• Experience using Google Workspace suite of programs would be an advantage

• An interest in music would be beneficial but not essential

Duties and Responsibilities

• Checking processing and authorising supplier invoices (Global RT companies, including UK, Germany and the US)

• Communicating with both external and internal staff in connection with queries

• Raising sales invoices

• Credit control

Salary is £21,645 per annum pro rata.

The role is hybrid-remote and will be based at our Nottingham office in Nottingham City Centre.
