We have the exciting opportunity for a hard-working and passionate music lover to come and join us in the capacity of Front of House Retail Supervisor in our Rough Trade East store. This role is Full-time and is for 37.5 per week. You will report to the General Manager of Rough Trade East.

We’re looking for a proactive and commercially driven candidate to join our team. Your priority will be to drive an exceptional customer experience - allowing them to discover and engage with music.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage the shop floor to ensure a vibrant and exciting customer experience is delivered at all times.
• Delivering a high standard of customer service.
• Coach and develop the team to ensure high standards are delivered at all times.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are delivered to expectation.
• Administrative duties such as till operation, cashing up, dealing with customer orders and click and collect orders.
• Execution of all day-to-day front of house tasking.
• Opening & closing of the store.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous retail management experience in a similar role.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Passionate about discovering and recommending music.
• Positive team leader.
• A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• A willingness to learn and develop yourself and your team.
• Maintain and support a positive and collaborative team culture.

This role is Full-Time. Salary is dependent on experience and is based on a 37.5 hour work week split across 7 days.

Candidates are expected to work a varied shift pattern including evenings, late nights, weekends and public holidays to ensure that the needs of the business are met.
